We are working with a Big 4 firm and global leader in professional services, to recruit a Senior Manager for their high-growth Investment Management Tax team, specifically within their UK Stamp Duty and Global Financial Transaction Tax (FTT) practice. This is a standout opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing areas in Financial Services tax, working with leading global asset managers, hedge funds, custodians, and institutional investors. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values depth, detail, and long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with specialist experience in UK Stamp Duty/SDRT and knowledge of global FTT regimes, looking to take ownership of technical delivery while mentoring the next generation of talent.
Your New Role:
- Lead and manage relationships with key investment clients across the traditional and alternative asset space
- Provide technical tax advice on the UK stamp duty and FTT implications of fund mergers, fund rationalisations, and cross-border transactions
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional FTT advisory projects, working with Deloitte's global tax network
- Supervise, support, and coach junior staff while contributing to technical training
