About the Area Manager Role:
- Set the tone for six high-performing services, championing a “people-first” culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
- Lead weekly site walk-arounds, turning insight into action on staffing, finance, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and energise Registered & Deputy Managers, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on.
- Drive commercial success (revenue & EBITDA) while never losing sight of exceptional care.
- Partner with Quality, HR, Finance & Business Development to keep services ahead of the curve.
- Report straight into Regional SLT, influencing strategy and future growth.
