  • Data-literate and comfortable with collecting, inputting, and interpreting creator performance metrics
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with talent and agency partners
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once, staying calm under pressure and delivering high-quality work on time

Must haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or a similar agency environment (PR, creative, digital)
  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing and key social metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • A positive, can-do attitude - you’re motivated, action-oriented, and eager to grow
  • Experience working with influencer platforms (e.g. Captiv8, TTCM) is a plus
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities and juggling multiple deadlines
