This role is a key part of the patient journey and requires very high personal standards to deliver a quality of care and world class customer experience.
- Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times.
- General reception duties as and when required.
- This is a dual role covering both the Reception desk and Surgery. Following appropriate training, supervised practice and competency achievement assessments, you will be able to undertake all designated roles within the surgery team working across two surgical specialities: laser vision correction department (LVC) and ophthalmic (IOL) theatres.
