We are looking for energetic, confident and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultants wanting continue or kickstart your career in energy recruitment.

About us:

From day 1 you will be fully submerged into the exciting world of recruitment with the complete support from our experienced team. Comprehensive training will be ongoing to assist you on your journey moving up the levels. There\’s no time frame but we\’ve had some move up within 3-5 months but you will progress based on your ability and performance.

The energy market is immense so there is lots of money to be made! Being part of such a niche industry allows for speedy career progression as well as the opportunity to earn an attractive benefits and commission package.

What will you be doing?

Your immediate responsibilities will include:

  • Daily passive and active candidate sourcing
  • Creating and developing relationships with candidates
  • Screening candidates and matching them to vacancies
  • Advertising vacancies using relevant job boards etc.
  • Learning more about our recruitment process and industries

About you:

We need someone that has a passion, success and drive for succeeding in Recruitment and billings within the Energy, Oil, Gas, and Renewables or related industries. Personality is key but a proven track record of developing and having some experience in recruitment will be most desirable.
