Due to ongoing growth, there is an exciting role for a Technical Production Manager to join the team.
The role involves leading the technical elements of all events and managing a team of Technicians to deliver a cutting-edge experience. This is a client-facing role to ensure the highest quality event delivery from a technical perspective, as well as upselling technical elements while working with internal teams and external suppliers. Planning RAMS and Health & Safety elements will also be part of the role.
About You: We are looking for a strong technical production background ideally within a venue or production company, with experience in a range of events from conferences to galas/awards and meetings. You will be able to quote, specify technical equipment, brief in and manage supplier costs, and plan each event from a technical side. A strong communicator, you will be confident in working with stakeholders at all levels and have training and ideally qualifications in Health & Safety for events. AutoCAD skills would be highly desirable with a commercial approach to maximise revenue on each event. We will consider strong client-facing Senior Technicians with the passion and drive to become a Production Manager.
