Our client, a leading UK financial services organisation, is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic and collaborative Design & Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering 1-2-1 communications that truly connect with customers. You will be instrumental in campaign design, data selection, and channel strategy—driving engagement and value across email, SMS, mail, and digital banking platforms.

The Role

  • Design and deliver data selections for marketing, service, and research campaigns.
  • Work hands-on with campaign tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign).
  • Collaborate with planning and creative teams to define targeting and decisioning criteria.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring others and promoting best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
  • Contribute to a Centre of Excellence for campaign design and delivery.

  • Proven experience in data selection and campaign management tools.
  • Strong understanding of 1-2-1 communications across multiple channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation (UK GDPR, PECR).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Financial services experience is highly desirable.
