Marc Daniels are recruiting a German Speaking Accountant to join a market leading company in Slough. If you are a fluent German speaker with accounting experience including accounts payable, account receivables and month end then this role is perfect for you. This is a hybrid permanent role (3 days in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
  • Review, raise and verify client contracts.
  • Responsibility of Credit Control function.
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
  • Prepare and process electronic bank transfers and payments.
  • Ensure payments are up to date.
  • Maintain vendor files and liaise with vendors as needed, resolving queries.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak German fluently.
  • Must have experience with ledger accounts.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
