Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry, is on the hunt for an analytical Commercial Analyst!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • This is a development role that requires an individual with proactive administrative experience.
  • The point of this role is to hold essential interfacing with all business stakeholders, ensuring the customers are receiving the business that is expected.
  • Accurate checking and acknowledgement of Purchase Orders, ensuring full compliance with ITC (International Trade Compliance) requirements, and validating against existing pricing.
  • Interface with the customer building strong, long-term relationships as a key part of the first line of enquiry process.
  • Ensure all system quoted prices are contractually agreed and accurately support current exchange rates (where applicable).
  • Ensure all system data is logged and compliant in the way needed for the business to run effectively.

Experience or Qualifications:

  • Proven administration & customer management experience.
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to prioritise tasks effectively and identify where priority guidance is required.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (desirable).
