Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Concierge Assistant who is passionate about providing genuine, intuitive service and information to every homeowner or guest at the Residences by leaving a lasting impression of a friendly welcome and always ready to assist attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Makes necessary deliveries to homeowners and picks-up from residences.
- Transports packages and parcels.
- Provides F&B service in all Common Areas of the building.
- Ensures Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures and Safe Working Practices are enforced and follow current legislations.
What we are looking for:
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required.
- F&B experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to use a variety of software.
- Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.
