Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Concierge Assistant who is passionate about providing genuine, intuitive service and information to every homeowner or guest at the Residences by leaving a lasting impression of a friendly welcome and always ready to assist attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes necessary deliveries to homeowners and picks-up from residences.
  • Transports packages and parcels.
  • Provides F&B service in all Common Areas of the building.
  • Ensures Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures and Safe Working Practices are enforced and follow current legislations.

What we are looking for:

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling required.
  • F&B experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use a variety of software.
  • Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.
