Larbey Evans is partnering with a top City law firm to hire an outstanding Float Legal PA to join its London office on a part-time basis.
Salary to £46,000 (FTE)
Part-Time (2 days a week) Monday-Tuesday 09:30-17:30 working hours

You will provide a superior level of secretarial support to its partners, lawyers, and business services staff in the Disputes team, working with them to achieve their client requirements and deadlines to deliver exceptional client experience.
Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management and a strong understanding of partners and lawyers' priorities and commitments
- Organise meetings, appointments, conferences while considering lead and travel times
- Manage all travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries
- Deliver high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines, responding to change and the competing priorities of all work
- Manage the coordination of the billing process including the editing of bills, coordinating write-offs and discounts, collating bills, and narratives in their final form
- Assist partners and lawyers with their BD responsibilities (produce pitches, proactively update CVs and credentials etc.)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA
- Excellent client and business focus approach
- Typing speed minimum of 55wpm with 98% accuracy
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Basic skill level with Visio
