Your role: As a Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will lead the learning workstreams of transformation projects across industry. You will understand our client’s business needs and creatively shape and refine learning solutions to meet those needs. You will work with our clients and Capgemini colleagues to deliver sustainable business change that realises the business outcomes by developing and implementing learning strategies, needs analysis and programs and designing learning courses. Typically, our approach centres on technology enabled change, from large-scale ERP programmes to smaller, digital application development and everything in between. You’ll need to be comfortable leading teams of learning consultants to deliver high quality, blended learning solutions.

Within your role as Senior Learning Enablement Consultant, you will:

  • Work alongside our clients to lead learning workstreams of ERP package implementations and bespoke technology developments.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams (both onshore and offshore).
  • Be seen as a subject leader across a broad range of learning and enablement elements and help us continuously improve our learning offer.
  • Take an active part in leading sales and pre-sales activity; sizing and shaping learning bid responses and presenting to prospective clients as a learning solution owner.
  • Mentor and develop our people, particularly our early and emerging talent.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Your skills and experience: As a Senior Learning and Enablement Consultant, you will be either TAP, LPI or CIPD certified, you will be able to lead the end-to-end planning, design, implementation and measurement of truly blended learning solutions. You will want to collaborate with our clients to understand the needs of their business and its customers and then identify, design and implement learning solutions and technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals. You will have exemplary consulting skills and be adept at engaging all key stakeholders to make sure that the learning will drive adoption outcomes. Experience of ERP transformation is desirable; including practical experience of implementing digital adoption platforms or AI for learning.

Your security clearance: Security Check (SC) Clearance. To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
