About the Role
- Lead the production and delivery of major bids and tenders.
- Develop tailored pitch strategies and guide go/no-go decisions.
- Ensure pitch processes are managed efficiently from RFP to submission.
- Collaborate with partners to craft compelling, commercially focused content.
- Coach and prepare lawyers for client presentations.
- Analyse bid outcomes, implementing improvements to enhance success rates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing pitches in a professional services environment (legal sector preferred).
- Expertise in procurement-led panel processes and transactional bids.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
