The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your objective will be to help the company win new clients! You will use multiple platforms including phone, messaging, events and social channels to help generate interest in your company’s solution. You will research and identify the “ICP” or “Ideal Customer Profile” and configure messages and themes that speak to specific pains within the target companies that your solution could solve.
The Progression
The next step is to become an Account Executive where you start to handle more of the sales process and negotiate and close contracts with clients. This can be a 6-figure earning path for the right candidate. Progress to this role can take 12-24 months dependent upon your performance in the role.
