It’s Ash from Tipped Recruitment. I’d be excited about this role if I were a sharp, curious AE who wants to own full cycles and close £200k deals with high-trust buyers like dental practice owners and clinical leads. You’ll be selling a genuinely loved healthtech product that improves patient outcomes, with full autonomy, a warm brand, and a pipeline that’s shifting from inbound to outbound.
We’re hiring for a high-growth healthtech scaleup that’s redefining specialist-led care, starting with orthodontics. Their software enables general dentists to deliver aligner treatments in collaboration with certified specialists, transforming outcomes and scaling modern dental practices. Backed by top-tier VCs and fresh off a record quarter, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to lead mid-market expansion across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the full 360° sales cycle
- Closing 6 to 8 deals per year with practices of 150 to 200 people
- Running deep consultative sales over 5 to 6 month cycles
- Selling a dual-revenue model: SaaS plus usage-based consumption
- Working alongside product and clinical ops to shape customer experience
You’ll thrive if you:
- Have 3 to 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in start-ups or scaleups
- Are curious, coachable, and hungry to master complex sales motions
- Enjoy building outbound motions from scratch (this will be call-heavy)
- Know how to sell to smart but non-technical audiences
- Have the grit to manage longer cycles and the intelligence to keep momentum
Why this role?
- 300% YoY growth and Balderton-backed
- Help practitioners deliver safer, more profitable care
- Just closed a record quarter with strong momentum
- Structured but scrappy team, led by experienced AE talent
- New outbound motion launching now your impact will be immediate
This is a great fit if you’re a high-energy AE who wants ownership, clinical curiosity, and a product that genuinely improves lives. Apply if you’re curious.
