Responsibilities:
- Analyse pricing, margin, channel, and product performance to support trading and commercial decisions
- Deliver insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and sales trends
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate findings
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial outcomes through data
- Work with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure access to clean, reliable data
- Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and teams across the business
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in retail, FMCG, or another consumer-focused sector
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of trading metrics and performance drivers
