This company is a leading building services provider, offering a wide range of services to both residential and commercial clients. They have continued to grow since becoming established almost 40 years ago and are proud to offer and maintain a high level of service to new and existing clients. They are now expanding their teams and seeking a motivated individual who prides themselves on offering a brilliant service, to assist them with their growth plans. In return, you will have access to training tailored to you as an individual and a very exciting development plan, with the chance to progress to Directorship level.
In this role, you will be overseeing all Specialist Services workstream whose main clients include various water authorities and process sites. You will be managing supervisors, site labourers and the office team to ensure smooth running of workstream, while promoting and selling the company's services to new and existing clients across the broad scope of works.
This is the ideal position for a proven Services Manager from the water industry, looking to join a well-established company and assist with the growth of the business.
The Role:- Conducting site surveys and fact finding to enable preparation of quotations and tenders.
- Managing the collection of data and documentation for presentation to the client.
- Managing supervisors, site labour and the office team.
- A mix of office and site based (mainly local work).
- Training and progression opportunities with a growing company.
- Proven experience as a Specialist Services Manager.
- A good understanding and experience within the water industry.
- Holds SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Holds UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to site when needed.
