An award-winning luxury interior design studio in SW London is seeking an experienced Studio & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support a dynamic creative team. Known for delivering high-end interiors worldwide, from city homes to castles, hotels, yachts, and ski chalets, the studio offers a fast-paced, design-led environment.

This varied, hands-on role suits a highly organised, personable individual who thrives on multitasking. You’ll manage the studio’s daily operations, support the Director and team, handle logistics, and help foster a polished, welcoming, and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin & Team Support:
  • Manage diaries, anticipate the Director’s needs, and coordinate internal/external meetings
  • Assist with onboarding: desk setup, IT access, welcome tours, and first-day support
  • Monitor expenses and reconcile company credit cards with finance
  • Office/Studio Management:
    • Maintain a tidy, functional, and well-stocked studio
    • Liaise with suppliers, manage building maintenance, contractors, and health & safety
    • Front-of-house duties: phone handling, greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms
  • Logistics:
    • Organise UK/international shipments for furniture, samples, and materials
    • Handle customs, track deliveries, and ensure safe, timely arrivals
  • Event Support:
    • Help plan and run studio events, fundraisers, and shoots - handling logistics and budgets
  • Holiday Let Management:
    • Support operations for three UK holiday lets: bookings, guest communications, maintenance
    • Create newsletters and social media content to promote bookings

    The Candidate:

    • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
    • Friendly, composed, and service-led, with excellent communication skills
    • Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom/Teams, and digital calendars
    • Experience in a creative environment preferred but not essential
    • Muck-in, confident, social and well presented
