Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Relationship Manager located in Birmingham. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable bridging finance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing loan applications, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Financial analysis and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of bridging finance and lending processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is a plus
