Your new company
A well-established and growing architectural practice based in the West Midlands is looking to expand its team with a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist. The practice is known for delivering high-quality work across large-scale residential developments, as well as healthcare and education projects. With a collaborative studio culture and a strong pipeline of work, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in a supportive environment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and documentation, working closely with architects and consultants across all project stages. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio, including both private and public sector schemes. You will use AutoCAD daily and have the opportunity to develop your Revit skills through in-house support and training. Site visits and coordination responsibilities will also form part of your role.
What you\βll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years\β experience in a similar position
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Some experience with Revit (training available)
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
