The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry low-code solutions and is responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

  • Having proven experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions
  • Possessing deep knowledge of ITIL-based processes and how they map to the ServiceNow module
  • Familiar with facilitation, presentation, and communication
  • Skilled in analytics, problem-solving, and designing processes
  • Great at developing high-quality documentation and process maps

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, including CSM, CMDB
  • Analyze existing ITIL-based processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices
  • Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and system administrators
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations to maximize platform adoption and value
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders
