The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Due to our successful and continuous workload, Light IQ require a new Junior Lighting Designer to join our friendly and dynamic team. The role will be to work alongside and support Senior staff and Directors on all projects and daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will be highly creative, self-motivated and a cooperative team player with a passion for lighting and world-class design. Light IQ is an award winning independent lighting design consultancy. We design innovative and inspirational lighting schemes for both residential and commercial projects in the UK and abroad.

This role is suitable for someone looking for a new challenge within the Lighting Design industry. The candidate must have a passion for lighting as well as the following skills, requirements and experience:

  • Academic background (Degree Level) in Architecture, Design, Interior Design, Product Design is required for this role.
  • Full knowledge of AutoCAD; REVIT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Photoshop (Creative Suite) and good free hand drawing skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English language (proficient use of English in both written and oral format).
  • Full UK Work Permit/Visa or UK Resident Status is required for this post. No Graduate/Student/Spouse Work Visas will be accepted for this role.
  • A natural interest in architecture, interior design and product design.
  • Residence in Greater London (remote working will NOT be offered for this position).
