General Manager - Brighton New Opening, Great Growing Restaurant Group

We are currently conducting a search for a General Manager to open our clients new restaurant in Brighton.

The Salary is circa £60k but are flexible for the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for a General Manager to join an incredibly well respected small growing restaurant group and work with some of the leading operators/directors in the UK hospitality space.

The style and quality of the restaurant is premium but with a really relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for a General Manager that knows and gets Brighton, who can really engage with the local community.

The General Manager will have full P&L accountability and will be used to creating an amazing environment for their guests to enjoy and their team to work in.
