A 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering team delivering support on a highly secure government project. You'll play a vital role in maintaining, upgrading, and monitoring a large-scale enterprise network, ensuring availability and performance for critical services.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working with Juniper devices, Citrix ADC (formerly Netscaler), and SolarWinds tools
  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
  • Conducting patch management and upgrades
  • Monitoring network health and resolving incidents
  • Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in 3rd Line Network Support
  • Experience using Junos SPACE
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper, Citrix ADC, and SolarWinds
  • Must currently hold or be eligible for DV Clearance
