Purpose of the Role
The General Manager oversees all day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant. They ensure exceptional service standards, efficient workflows, and commercial performance across all departments while aligning the business with the owners' strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coordinate department heads to maintain operational excellence across bar, kitchen, floor, marketing, and entertainment.
- Monitor budgets, P&L performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance (health & safety, licensing, etc.).
- Recruit, train, and manage department managers and senior staff.
- Resolve major customer or team issues and maintain positive guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Owner on business development, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
- Use performance data to drive improvements in sales, efficiency, and customer feedback.
