An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join a well-established main dealership group based in Poole. This is a chance to be part of a top-tier facility with a highly regarded aftersales team. As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service department running smoothly—handling essential admin tasks, supporting technicians and service advisors, and helping maintain excellent customer service standards behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating and updating the progress of customers' vehicles whilst they are serviced or repaired in our state-of-the-art workshop.
- Confidentially explaining diagnosis of faults and upselling important and urgent repairs ensuring our customers' experiences are as premium as the cars we offer.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in order to reach positive outcomes.
- Monitoring the progress of vehicle services and keeping customers informed.
- Upselling additional services and products when appropriate.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving service issues promptly.
- Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £31,000 + OTE £37,000 + £25 per service plan sold.
- Someone who can strongly upsell service plans could comfortably earn in excess of £40,000 in this role.
- Hours of work - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm - Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturdays.
- CBS car scheme (after probation).
