SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bloxwich Start Date: ASAP Duration: Supply Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm Are you passionate about making a real difference in children\’s lives? Smart Education are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to work in this mainstream Primary School. This role will require you to be confident working across all year groups and be able to support where needed. SEN experience is required for this role. A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bloxwich is currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. Job Requirements: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or a relevant subject) Must hold a Valid Childs Enhanced DBS certificate Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a school setting and with SEN pupils Ability to provide tailored support to meet individual student needs Lead and deliver sessions confidentially in and out of the classroom Clear understanding of Safeguarding surrounding children Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being Be able to provide targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Weekly Pay Paid to Scale Holiday Pay Free CPD training/course Dedicated consultant – ongoing support and guidance throughout your placement About Smart Education: Smart Education is a specialist Education and Early Years recruitment agency, providing opportunities for Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEND support Staff, Nursery Nurses and Tutors.
