Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll in line with deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Manage employee changes (starters, leavers, pay adjustments)
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, sickness, absence, and leave
  • Conduct payroll audits and resolve data discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. HMRC, pensions, finance)
  • Administer statutory deductions and notifications through payroll systems
  • Handle pension enrolment and compliance (auto and contractual)
  • Support timely BACS payment processing

What You’ll Need

  • Solid knowledge of statutory and contractual payroll requirements
  • Familiarity with Payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and resolve data issues
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Payroll qualification at Level 3 (preferred)
  • Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and support
