We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established and reputable independent garage based in Swindon, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role to join a busy and professional working environment - offering a great work-life balance with no weekend working.
Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Service Advisor:
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional manner
- Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
- Providing updates and accurate estimates to customers
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop regarding vehicle status
- Upselling additional work and services where appropriate
- Handling invoices, payments, and general administration duties
- Maintaining excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Experience in a Service Advisor or Aftersales position (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Monthly bonus of approx. £100 - £250 based on performance
- Monday to Friday only – 08:00 to 17:00
- No weekend working!
