Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
• Friday: 07:00 – 14:30

Pay Rates:

• Basic Rate: 12.22 per hour
• Overtime Rate: 18.33 per hour
• Sunday Rate: 24.44 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives.

Duties:

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
• Perform regular quality checks during the production process to identify and rectify any issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing/production or timber-based environment is beneficial, but not essential

• High attention to detail

• Understanding of health and safety practices

• Adaptability and a positive, proactive mindset

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
