In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination, tracking, and planning of specialist logistics equipment—supporting efficient operations across internal teams, external partners, and customers.
About the role
- Monitor real-time status of assets and maintain accurate records of usage, certification, and compliance.
- Schedule cleaning of assets based on previous use and upcoming operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners (rail, sea freight, cleaning facilities) to ensure efficient allocation and availability.
- Liaise with transport providers and stakeholders to coordinate movements, schedules, and service expectations.
- Ensure correct technical matching of assets to products, enforcing cleaning protocols.
- Promote safety and regulatory compliance across all planning activities.
- Contribute to commercial planning, support continuous improvement, and assist with onboarding new business opportunities.
About you
- Experience of asset planning within logistics, preferably within a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making under pressure.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
