Main duties:

  • Responsible for managing international key accounts and driving sales growth across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria.

The role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing accounts across various Europe.
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand local market trends.
  • Deliver against budgeted sales targets through strategic planning and promotion.
  • Champion the company's brand ethos and values across international markets.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship including sales planning, pricing, promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Travel regularly to client sites and trade shows in Europe.

The candidate:

  • Proven track record in international business to business sales, ideally in the organic or natural food industry.
  • Experience working with international wholesalers.
  • Highly numerate and confident in using data for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian are a strong advantage.
  • Able to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally attend trade shows.

The salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
