Our Central division is looking for a Commercial & Business Support Manager to take ownership of the commercial and administrative functions across the business-including pre-contract support and operational coordination.

As a Commercial & Business Support Manager, you\’ll be:

  • Ensuring new contracts and projects are launched on a commercially sound basis
  • Supporting with budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting
  • Managing and maintaining data trackers for regional performance, generating analysis and reports
  • Administering vehicle and fleet processes, including company and pool driver management
  • Providing general admin support: travel/accommodation bookings, purchasing, courier coordination, and more

As a Commercial & Business Support Manager, you\’ll have:

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills-both written (emails, reports, presentations) and verbal (calls, meetings, Teams)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and influence in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude with colleagues at all levels
  • An investigative, \”can-do\” approach to every task
