An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency, with a strong presence across Wiltshire. This full-time position is based in the Devizes branch and will involve covering a wide surrounding area.
We’re seeking a motivated individual with solid lettings experience, ideally with some valuation background—or a negotiator eager to develop into a valuer. The successful candidate will have a clear path for long-term career progression, with the potential to grow into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing applicant enquiries, property viewings, and tenancy progression
- Assisting or conducting rental valuations (depending on experience)
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets and drive branch success
- Covering other offices across Wiltshire as needed
- Proven experience in residential lettings
- Valuation experience is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and professional attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am- 5:30pm
- One Saturday morning in five (with half a day off in lieu)
