Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a unique business in their search for a Shipping Coordinator to join their growing team. We are looking for someone who has experience in a Shipping, Freight or Logistics position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or documentation issues
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and accurate completion of all necessary documentation
- Maintain shipping records, update ERP systems, and generate status reports
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving support to clients regarding shipment status
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or freight-forwarding role
- Knowledge of international trade terms, customs processes, and transport documentation
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in logistics software or ERP systems is a plus
