A Local Authority in the Midlands is looking for an experienced Head Teacher to lead a maintained primary school, which includes a dedicated SEND unit. You will lead the school, fostering a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and inclusive excellence. You will be responsible for driving forward the strategic development of the school, with a particular focus on expanding and enhancing its SEND provision, while ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes across the board.
Your Role as a Primary Headteacher:
