Location: Godfrey Road, Newport, South Wales, NP20 4UR, United Kingdom

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of standard computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, emails
  • Knowledge of Data Protection principles

Experience:

  • Previous administrative or financial experience within an office environment
  • Proven experience of taking minutes at meetings
  • Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, and experience of using Microsoft Office in a business environment
  • Experience of working with finance by making payments, or inputting or analysing financial information

Skills:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy
  • Ability to analyse and present information clearly
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to deal with people tactfully and diplomatically
