We are recruiting for a company in Dunstable that is on the lookout for a well-organised individual to join their product processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing constant administrative support to the product managers, ensuring you assist with the creation of their product lifecycle.

The role is a fully office-based position in our client's Dunstable head office (Free parking on site). On offer is an annual salary of £27k for the right candidate and the opportunity to work for an organisation that operates in a very exciting thriving industry. (Please note our client may also consider candidates looking for part-time work)

Duties include:

  • Support product managers with all daily administrative tasks that may arise.
  • Work closely with the approval team and designers to ensure artwork approvals are signed off.
  • Deal with the set-up processes for all new products.
  • Process product orders through the system.
  • Ensure all relevant product data is entered into the system and kept up to date.
  • Reach out to clients to ensure sample requests are provided.

Candidate requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role would be desired but is not essential.
  • A great attention to detail, able to take on information and retain it.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills as you will be working across a number of different projects at any given time.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Can show a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and be a valued part of the team.
