Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounting Teacher. They are working alongside a wonderful sixth form college located near leafy Clapham Common who is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Accounting Teacher to start in September 2025 for the academic year with the prospect of securing a permanent contract. This is a full-time, long-term role which can be paid to inner London NJC scale 1 - 9 (Β£37,057- Β£54,604).
You will be part of the Business Studies department but will have the autonomy and responsibility of planning and delivering the Accounting T Level course. The College boasts superb resources which also includes a green screen, and they place equal value on vocational education as they do on the more traditional academic courses.
You will need to have experience and relevant qualifications including QTS to teach Accounting. To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
