ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
This global manufacturer has quietly become a powerhouse in surface coating and spray technology - serving both industry pros and retail customers across the world. With a legacy rooted in precision engineering, innovation, and quality, this business has carved out a niche that’s anything but small: think automotive, construction, logistics, woodwork, and beyond.
But here’s the exciting bit: while the tech might be industrial, the energy here is anything but. The company is on a mission to make even the most technical product solutions accessible, user-friendly, and game-changing for its customers. With major investment in innovation, training, and people, there’s a strong sense of momentum, and a chance to build something long-lasting.
This role sits within the Professional arm of their business - focusing on B2B customers who need the best tools to do their job right the first time. The culture is down-to-earth, hands-on, and ambitious without being flashy. It’s a business for people who like to get stuck in and take real ownership of what they do.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a driven, curious and commercially-minded Territory Sales Manager to help grow this brand’s Professional product line across the Midlands, North of England, Wales, and Ireland. You’ll inherit existing customers - but you’ll also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, developing dealer networks, and delivering outstanding service across your territory.
This isn’t just a sales role - it’s about building partnerships, being a product expert, and having the confidence to demonstrate solutions live to potential customers. If you love variety, problem-solving, and the thrill of closing a deal, this could be right up your street.
YOU WILL…
- Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and trade customers in your region
- Drive new business development to expand the footprint of the Professional range
- Deliver hands-on training and demos to bring products to life
- Analyse your sales data to spot trends and shape future strategy
- Attend events and exhibitions to represent the brand and attract new customers
- Be out in the field 3-4 days a week, with occasional office time in the South
ABOUT YOU:
- You’ve got a technical sales background and experience selling into B2B or trade environments
- You’re comfortable taking ownership of a region and can work independently
- You know how to open doors, close deals, and build loyalty over time
- You’re a confident communicator with a knack for explaining technical products in a simple, engaging way
- You’re open to regular travel and enjoy being on the road (50–75% of the time)
- Ideally, you’ve sold tools, equipment, or something hands-on - but it’s not essential if you’ve got the mindset
If you’re looking for a role where you can build something, make an impact, and be part of a trusted and growing business with big ambitions—then this could be your next step.
