Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Suffolk on a design and build Substation Project. * Managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. * Ensuring projects are completed within the projected budget. * Providing financial and commercial advice to the project team. * Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. * Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project life-cycle. * Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risk They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up, that has experience on large civil and construction projects, preferable on Power Stations or similar projects.
