Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a HSEQ Advisor to their team on a permanent basis. You'll be based in the Alloa area.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 3.45pm
Salary: £45K - £50K
Daily Duties:
- Review, compile, and amend IMS procedures and project HSEQ plans
- Measure, monitor, identify trends, and report HSEQ statistics
- Participate and lead audits internally, at suppliers and with third parties
- Perform risk assessments and HAZIDS
- Identify improvements with the workplace and work cross functionally to implement and embed the improvements ensuring positive results
- Ensure relevant data is recorded, actioned, and closed in a timely manner e.g. non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents
- Give advice and guidance with regards to HSEQ IMS and other HSEQ issues
- Deliver HSEQ training to the workforce
Candidate Requirements:
- NEBOSH qualification (or working towards it)
- Internal Auditor either 90001
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- IOSH, CQI, or IEMA membership (desirable)
