We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing tasks.
• Operate basic tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, providing assistance with various projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management promptly.

Requirements

• CIS Registered, preferred (support can be provided to help you get set up)
• Ability to work away
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK Driving License, subject to checks
• Must be able to get to Newport or Stafford
• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
