IKEA Southampton is seeking a Sales & Sustainability Assistant for a 16-hour weekly contract, including weekend work.
As a Sales and Sustainability Assistant, you will balance excellent customer service with sustainable practices by managing product quality, safety, and recovery. Your goal will be to give ex-display or damaged stock a second life.
What We Offer:
- Start Date: 12 and 13 July 2025
- Hourly Rate: £12.60
- Work Hours: 16 hours/week, typically three 6-hour shifts, including 3 in 4 weekends. Flexibility can be discussed during interview.

Daily Tasks:
- Re-purpose, price, and sell IKEA products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and safety standards
- Support product quality guidelines for returned, recalled, and ex-display stock
- Assemble IKEA products for display purposes
