About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at IPL Telford!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Machine Minder to join our onsite Production Team at our Nuts & Dried Fruit packing facility in Telford. If you have a passion for production and want to be part of a vibrant team, this role is ideal for you.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts between 5:30 am and 11 pm

Location: IPL Telford – Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the work area for safety and cleanliness
• Completing daily machine safety checks according to SOPs and PPM schedules
• Implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
• Recording packs per minute (PPM) and ensuring product weight accuracy
• Performing product changeovers efficiently and safely
• Collaborating with the Packaging Team to ensure readiness of labels, packaging, and film
• Reporting issues to Line Leaders and engineers
• Upholding \’World Class\’ standards at all times

• Experience in a production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and quick, methodical working skills
• Knowledge of health and safety policies
• Results-driven and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Proficiency in English
• Strong team working skills and initiative
