Customer Services Associate

The Customer Services Associate performs a variety of functions in accordance with Corin\’s Governance policies and procedures. Primary responsibility is to manage the administration of customer requirements, in the core business systems (SAGE). The Customer Services Associate works with internal departments to manage and maintain the key inputs and customer master requirements.

The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Associate are to:

• Enter and audit orders in a timely and right-first-time manner to ensure that we are providing an accurate delivery
• Investigation, route cause analysis and issue of credit notes where required
• Communicating with customers for various parts of the process including, order acknowledgements, providing quotes, managing customer rebates and dealing with new customer enquires and
