Pebble Recruitment is working with a growing Environmental Consultancy seeking a Consultant Ecologist to join their Kidderminster office. This is a great opportunity to join a company known for its strong reputation, employee focus, and sustainable approach to projects.

Role Overview:

  • Carry out protected species and habitat surveys
  • Prepare technical reports (PEA, BNG, species reports, etc.)
  • Support tenders and fee proposals
  • Manage small to medium projects (with support if needed)

Requirements:

  • 3–8+ years' experience
  • Degree in Ecology or related field
  • 1+ protected species licence (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CIEEM membership (preferred)
