The client is one of the largest dealership groups and has a very strong presence in Hampshire & West Berkshire. They are looking to meet experienced service advisors, although a background in aftersales and parts would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent customer service and awareness of available products and services.
- Managing the flow of information between the workshop and customers.
