We are building an innovative renewable energy company focused on supporting UK residents by delivering home heating and energy systems through various government grant schemes.
We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Submissions Officer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing all documentation related to ECO4, GBIS, and similar government grant submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is central to maintaining smooth project workflows and high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all ECO4 documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed.
- Liaise with surveyors, installers, and Retrofit Assessors to ensure timely paperwork delivery.
- Prepare all submission files, including EPRs and supporting evidence.
- Verify and cross-check technical data and documentation.
- Organise and prepare photographic records from survey to installation.
- Maintain accurate digital records and perform data entry.
- Provide administrative support including document formatting, filing, and call handling.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating team calendars.
- Collaborate with the submissions and operations teams to meet deadlines.
Location: Remote (UK). We want to hire the best people, so we are open to remote workers.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Retrofit Submissions Coordinator, working on Eco4 Grants, GBIS, or similar.
Package: £40k base salary plus £20k bonus based on company performance + benefits.
