Forest Holme Hospice is an 11 bedded specialist palliative care unit providing end of life care and advanced symptom control for patients with complex palliative / end of life care needs. We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our caring and professional team. The ideal candidate would have knowledge and understanding of palliative care or willingness to learn and develop within this specialism.
The successful applicant must be passionate about caring for palliative and end of life care patients, be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation and good communication skills.
Full time and part time hours are available. These positions will include full shift rotation: long days, weekends and nights to cover the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Base Location: Forest Holme Hospice - Poole
